I have had several issues with Belle Tire in Mokena and they will never get my business again. I should have known after I bought a set of tires for my F150 in Sep of 2022 ($1300 was a decent price).
When I picked it up thank god I checked the lug nut key because the manager gave me the wrong one. I went back into the store and mine was near the mechanic. Some other poor sap is out there without their proper lug nut key. That will be a fun time for them.
In Apr of 2023 I put a complete set of tires on a Pacifica (around $1000) and when I looked at the rims the mechanic didnt even bother to wipe off the lube sealant so it looked like the rims were scratched. Is it that hard to wipe off that stuff after spending $1000 on tires? Still not convinced this place sucked, in Dec of 2023 I put a new front set on an old Town & Country ($400 was an ok price). So ok, Ive spent some money here..
NOW in February of 2024 I bring in my daughters 2018 Buick Encore because the tires were old and out of service. Joe the manager gave me a military discount and we agreed upon $1000 for new tires and an alignment. Heres where it gets interesting, when I return to the store to pick up the Buick, Joe the manager says, I have some bad news for you, your front end is completely shot on this car. Mind you I just bought the car from CarMax a couple of weeks ago.
The mechanic who installed the tires was behind Joe and said to me, Ive never seen a front end this bad before in my life. I said the car only has 19k miles on it, how can it be that bad? Joe says, well it gets worse, the front brakes are completely gone and need to be replaced, too. I said thank you for your time, they provided me estimates, and off to CarMax I go to have their mechanics look it over.
They found no issues with the front end or brakes, in fact, they reimbursed me the majority of the cost of the tire replacement. Looking for the final opinion, I then took the car to a Buick dealership in Tinley Park who did a total inspection. Again, there was nothing wrong with the front-end suspension and the brakes were all good, too. As a matter of fact, CarMax had replaced the rotors a month before we bought the car.
Long story short DO NOT TRUST BELLE TIRE.
Never again, these guys lied right to my face about the status of my daughters vehicle knowing I would do anything to ensure her vehicle was in safe condition to drive. Being retired law enforcement, I have half a mind to file a complaint for fraud against Belle Tire, but Id prefer to just warn others to stay away.

Bad customer service
Bought tires and an alignment over 1000 dollars week later low tire pressure light comes on. Go there to be told would have to wait till afternoon when I was there at 815am.
Would've only taken a few minutes. Instead there are 5 guys behind the counter instead of guys to work on cars? Could really use so customer service training.
Especially the way they speak to people. WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER 15YRS!!!

Belle tire in Perrysburg Ohio the group of people that left there not too long ago were very good people got along with them great did a great job and after they left now you have a bunch of young smart *** young kids working there they want to do things their way . They really don't care too much about the customer like the other group did ,so I will no longer be taking my vehicles there or to any Belle tire

Not honoring tire sensor.
I'm told there's water in the tire. I showed him a nail (or screw) which obviously allows water in the tire.
He says, "Water damaged the sensor, so they won't honor the warranty." So, I can only drive on dry days and avoid all nails and screws? Help me make this make since.
Then I'm told the tires are too warn.
Why did they put a sensor on warn tires then and sell me a warranty. I'm perturbed.

I contacted Belle tire Saturday 11/11 about purchasing a set of tires for our 2020 Acadia 235/65/18 the gal I spoke with recommended Goodyear Assurance weather. The add stated $100 rebate from Goodyear a $50 rebate direct from Belle Tire & if you opened a Goodyear credit card then that was another $100 rebate.For a total of $250.She put the information under my name as I have been a customer & purchased 2 full sets of tires within the last year.I called first thing Monday morning 11/13 to make a appointment as they did not have the tires in stock.The appointment was set for Wednesday 11/15 at 9:30 The car was done & I picked it up around 12:00 They give me the paperwork I ask if both the rebates were there from Goodyear & also the $50 rebate from Belle tire.I understood all the paperwork was there but once I was home I didn't see the $50 rebate.I contacted them They looked everything up the Belle Tire rebate wasn't any longer showing on the website Will I believe was the managers name could be wrong on the name though said he would contact customer service & call me back that day I still have not heard back from anyone.The invoice # is4225**** I would appreciate a explanation on the reason. The service has been good on all previous purchases.The Total rebates of $250 advertised on the web site was the only reason I chose these tires & the reason I applied for the Goodyear card I would have paid cash & will paid off the card as soon as I receive the Card paperwork.Thank you For addressing this matter.
Exceptional Service to the customer both honoring warranty and providing support..
Repaired old time tire and upgrade at later date.
Definitely a solid that stood by their work.
More than satisfied.

went up to the counter and a busy angry rep asked what i needed. I was there to get a new valve stem replaced on a set of tires purchased from the a yr prior, I was outta there with my tire within 1/2 hr, angry but good work and stuck to their warranty.
User's recommendation: listen up kids! get tires from here with warranty, but do not get any suggested work done, this goes for any tire shop. and or muffler/ oil change shop. they always have monthly quota's to hit. so be wary
Discriminated against and feared my safety
I need to report my experience at belle tire and how I felt discriminated against and feared for my safety with driving my car after leaving your company 9/7 I arrived to belle tire in Michigan city Indiana I told Henry that I need my front checked out because of the grinding noises and my back end checked because my rims and rotors was really hot and grinding. After continuing speaking with Henry about paper work etc he was very rude, short, and seemed like he didnt want my business. After leaving the store my dad said if I was you I would tell them to give your keys back so you can go somewhere else because how rude they were I also remembered at the time while speaking to my dad I needed to let them know I have underglow on my car and so I ran back inside to tell Henry to be careful of my lights that they dont damage them and he made a remark saying they are illegal underglow and I said it is not illegal in indiana in which he argued with me in the store a couple minutes about how they are illegal and I also said to Henry that I was pulled over at night with lights on thinking I was getting pulled over for the underglow but the officer said I was going 7 over the speeding limit and my lights are legal in which he continues to try to argue with me about the underglow so I left it a

Service is always terrible
You never can get an answer its really ridiculous how its ran never can get your car looked at without them holding it for two days the worker doesnt even greet you when you walk in its the same everytime 5 people taking phone calls then they say its no workers always.

Poor service
Had Monroe shocks installed about 6 years ago. They had lifetime warranty and I was told if replacement was required it would only cost $40 ($10 per shock).
That was the big sales pitch. Went in today to get them replaced and was told labor costs had gone up and it would cost $176 in labor.

Bad install didn’t clean surface before installing weights
Got four loose tires ballanced 140 bucks got tires home stick on weights fell off sitting in back of truck. Took back next day guy said sorry we will rebalance them. But what about the customers time wasted because of bad installation,guy just said have a nice day

What a joke. 3 hours for an oil change
At store at 8 am. 2nd person in store.
Oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours. Not acceptable. Quoted 2 hours.
Mechanics standing around. Nothing but excuses

Preferred solution: Good service. Salespeople explaining delay. All poor excuses if you can’t get employees close the store

Findlay Ohio. Nathen W that sold me my Michelin's was great.
He went beyond when I asked about discounts because of things I did not want in the mounting package. After that it was all down hill. They were 20 minutes late starting my appointment. It took 2 hours for 2 guys to mount and balance my tires.
Tech brought paper work in and people were to busy talking so he put papers on counter. Tre moved paper work off to the side and waited on another customer. Failing to complete mine until I said something. Phone rang several times and people just let it ring while talking.
Restroom was a mess. Toilet paper all over floor, *** smeared on bottom of toilet seat, trash can over flowing, no soap to wash hands could not access toilet paper because dispenser was so low to the floor.

For over 40 years I’ve been a loyal customer at Belle tire. A year ago I had my tires loosing air and it took to visit to get them fixed. On January 6,2024 I went to belle tire to get the tires rotate
A year age my tires keep going flat and it took to visit to get them fixed. On January 6, 24 I had them rotated.
On January 8,24 had to return had vibrating on my rear tires. They said it was a bad tire I told I had expected warranty and they replied it was not valid any more.
I told them that was *** and left. I will never get another tire from belle tire.

Belle tire bad service.
I been a customer of belle tire for over 40 years. A year age my tires keep loosing air went to belle tire and had to go twice to get the tires fix.
On January 6,2024 had my tires rotated to keep my warranty. On January 8,2024 had to return the rear tires were not balanced correctly.
The sale person said the left rear tire had to be replaced, I said it under warranty and he said it wasnt covered anymore. I could not believe and left will never return to belle tire again.
