I feel they should fix the car the first time instead of taking it back Im not happy with Belle Tire they rip people off !!!
They want us to pay for two and a half hours of labor for a half hour job. Seriously, it took a REAL mechanic not 30 minutes to remove the tire, find the leak, patch it and put it back on.
Belle Tire wants YOU TO PAY UPFRONT FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS OF LABOR FOR THIS little job. I complained to the manager, and he just said that is policy unable to be changed, despite my being a ten-year customer.
They LOST MY BUSINESS. I do not think they care one little bit.
Don't care about people that want oil changes. Will allow people to make appointments for everything except oil changes.
