BAD SERVICE
Waited for 3 hours for tpms kept telling me I was the next customer they were going to pull in fifteen min went by truck set there said to be fare they had put my sensors in wrong spot :( I had locked my truck when I went in when I left got in my truck smelt like old oil and sweat never again. Go to Discount Tire

Removed my tire and scrapped them without my permission now I have rims without tires she won’t give me any paperwork
Needed tires and rims was cracked so I had other rims and tires that would fit but I had to get spacers. Brought tires and rims in the manager took my tires off the rims that I was switching out and put new tires on them then discarded my tires. Without my permission.Now she doesnt want to give me the number for Corporate office or her supervisor number no paperwork nothing

One of the WORST customer service ever!
I just got a screw in a tire and was loosing air rapidly. Stopped in the store to see if they could quickly plug it.
The guy says, you don't have an appointment? No, it just happened! He says, you need to make an appointment, leave your truck and it'll take at least 3 hours to do the plug. I've never heard a more ridiculous and absurd way of doing business or treating a potential customer.
Clearly this is the worst customer service a business could ever provide. Do yourself a favor and find another business that is actually customer service oriented and willing to help community members.

Hi, On Nov 16th 2024, I went to the Belle Tire location at 1711 S Randall Rd
Algonquin, IL 60102 with my 2019 Mazda CX-5. I got an oil change done, no problem.
I also asked them to investigate a slow sporadic oil leak I was finding on my garage floor. They determined it was a worn out crankshaft seal and quoted almost $900 to repair due to the extensive labor time involved. We then scheduled an appt for the following Saturday (Nov 23rd, 2024) to have the repair done with both myself and this location understanding the extensive amount of time that would be needed to do the repair (approximately 6 hours). I show up at 8am on Saturday Nov 23rd at 8am per my scheduled appointment.
David was at the service desk assisting me with my check in. Then an extremely grumpy grease monkey mechanic comes from the garage and starts looking at the computer screen that David is working on for my appt. This "fine" mechanic then proceeds to say to David, " don't you dare take that Mazda in today for that repair". I then stated, well I have a appt that has been set for a week.
The "fine" mechanic then replied, it doesn't matter, we are too busy, we have 20 cars coming in today. Ultimately, I cancelled my appt and will get my repair done somewhere else. My question is, how does this happen that I schedule an appt, arrive at my scheduled appt, and then get told we don't have time for your repair. Unacceptable, and I will not go back to any Belle Tire ever again.
Sure sounds like a scheduling problem at this location. Maybe look into this to help protect the next unsuspecting customer who may need an extensive repair done.

They changed my tire on my both vehicles first I bought my ford escape for tire change instead of left they performed the job on right side which I was ok things happens so I ordered for my Mazda cx9 for passenger rear they ordered the tire but my tire is still the same & they are telling me they did the job which they didnt
& if they did check your camera or invoice. The guy is rude blaming me that I rotated my self

Consumer Complaint regarding service at the Jackson mich store
To whom this may concern: 10/2/2024.. I purchased a 1 year alignment coverage contract.
That day, the Jackson store, supposedly rotated/balanced my tires, did an alignment.. 12/3/2024 I went back to get an alignment (because my truck is pulling to the left, still) and the wheel is not centered. I waited an hour, a tech came out.. Told me, I need a new drag link, a new tie rod end, a new adjusting sleeve, a new RF wheel bearing, and a new U joint..(cap) is missing on it.
I was told by the belle tire tech, that they could NOT do an alignment without replacing all of these parts..I immediately took my truck to Meekhoff tire in Jackson, for a second opinion/inspection..The certified mechanic there found NO issues, with the tie rod ends, the drag link, the adjusting sleeve, or front wheel bearings. He did find that yes, the Front U joint is missing a (cap) and a clip. I had Meekhoff tire re adjust my alignment, I have invoices from your store, as well as from Meekhoff tire. I had to pay $58 for an inspection of my truck at Meekhoff, Obviously your alignment contract cost me $141.99..
(I am extremely Ticked Off, and cannot fathom this situation, to put it mildly)I am requesting a refund of my alignment contract fee, of $141.99 also the $58 fee, I paid Meekhoff tire, for a second opinion/inspection, that yielded only one faulty part. I will never purchase anything from Belle Tire again I would gladly send copies of both invoices..From your Jackson store, and from Meekhoff Tire in Jackson
Beware of the upsale
Belle Tire Monroe,Michigan. I was a loyal Belle tire customer for 25+years, but I will not step foot in another Belle Tire.

I brought in my rust free 2005 pickup for tires at 9am for an appointment. Around 11am I was escorted to the work area by the manager. He pointed out a leaky brake line (very minor if it was leaking at all) appearing that fluid was poured over it. The offer was to replace it and check the brake system.
I am a retired mechanic (didn't tell him that) and told him it wasn't leaking when I left or got here, but it should get me home and I will make the repair. At 1pm my tire job was done ! I paid and found my truck in the back lot with a ruptured brake line. No fluid up to the parked truck but approximately 1/2 quart under the truck.
I know the tech parked it, stomped on the brakes a few times to spike the line pressure enough to ruptured the now compromised line. A very old upsale trick. See photo. .
But, I can't prove it. It's not what you know it is what you can prove ! I called a tow truck and didn't go back into the store. I have an acknowledged anger management issue.
The last time I experienced an incident like this three shop employees went to a hospital and I went to jail. Not worth losing my temper over. I am done with Belle Tire ! I will look at my truck tomorrow after I cool down.
Four hours to replace four tires !! BEWARE OF THE UPSALE !

Customer Service from manager at the Belle Tire in Auburn Hills Michigan was Awful.
I called to make an appointment to get a battery and the manager at the Belle tire Auburn hills michigan told me they don't make appointments to install batteries...he also was way talkative I could barely tell him what I wanted..he in my opinion is a deterrent because he talks to much and over talks a possible paying customer into not getting any work done. It took almost 15 minutes just to tell him I would like to make an appointment.

If the company resolves the issue. If not I will never use them again, and I will be letting everyone know what they did at my auto events. The car community will be a powerful impact especially with the t-shirts I will be handing out for free.
It's literally brand new condition under the hood and all. They agreed and I told them I could come back whenever they were not busy and convenient for both of us. So...a week or 2 later the weather was going to be clear and I called them to schedule. They said bring it in tomorrow, so I took the morning off work.
They had them on in an hour or so and the Manager Brandon Hesse brought the car around front when I was outside. We talked for a few minutes about cars and his Youtube channel he does NOT have (Lie # 1) as I noticed how filthy the tires were but no problem I will wash them up over the coming weekend. I left and took the car back to my garage and parked it until the weekend came. That Sunday I pulled the car out and decided its time to wash, as I'm cleaning I noticed they scratched my rims removing the wheel weight on not just 1, BUT ALL 4 OF MY $5000 RIMS !!
Now I should have known not to trust them but I have been a long time customer and only went to them for all my vehicles ( I currently own 4 ).
Went back to the store that following week and spoke to Gerry the person I purchased them from. I showed him where the techs scratched all 4 rims removing the wheel weights, but where not smart enough to stop after damaging the first one! Not only did they scrape the crap out of the paint and aluminum but also left behind the adhesive from the factory as evidence. He said to me "I knew this was going to happen".
Then tells me well you know they can be hard to remove. I explained to Gerry he had "the wrong guy" and I'm not that stupid. He says come in and I'll write down your number for Brandon to call you. Week goes by no call.
I stop in and no Manager so I ask Gerry what they are doing about this, he tells me to email him my VIN and insures me they will replace the wheels. I explained to Gerry I am not one to be fooled and I WILL hire an attorney and sue them for the replacements. He became stand-offish and says no need to go there, Belle Tire has broad shoulders and will make it right. I told him I hope so or I will hold true on my promise, and I don't care if it costs me more in attorney fees than its worth, to me its principle.
Today I get a call from the customer service rep stating Belle Tire will not replace the wheels as promised. They want me to take them and have them fixed with spray paint.
DO NOT go to Belle Tire in Rossford on US 20 unless you want your car DAMAGED by a so-called professional company!!!

On 2/28/24 I took my Husbands 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a brake repair and oil change.
I finally found the receipt. He looked over the bill and found a charge for 71.50 and 20.99 for the removal of some walnuts found in the engine.
The guy from the shop took me back and showed me the nuts (I took a picture).
He never mentioned a charge would be added for the removal. If that would have been the case, I would have removed them myself.
I was not aware of the charge and I feel the amount is overly priced for the task.

Excessive wait time.
I had an scheduled appointment of 8am. I pulled up just as the door was being unlocked.
I then waited for FOUR HOURS and FIFTEEN minutes. That's 4:15minutes. There was never more than 4 people in the waiting area.
Nobody explained to me why I was waiting this long. I had to go to the service person AND the manager to ask what the problem was.
I was paying cash so I had to go in person to make the appointment as the website requires a credit card.
I did this two days prior.
This site has 10 bays. Nobody was coming in.
Yet I waited this long? Unbelievable!

Complaint
I will never go to Belle Tire again! I spent thousands of dollars here, and I was treated badly by the manager of the store.
He falsified my receipt too. I signed the first page, and he added the second page while I was there. The technician clipped by ABS sensor, and he claimed that the light was on the entire time BEFORE I brought my car in to HAVE my tires rotated! Come to find out I had a million things wrong with my car, including tires.
I paid $1300.00 for new tires, and when the car was picked up, the ABS was on, and I could barely turn my wheel. My son took the tires off, and the ABS sensor was clipped. They wanted to charge me another $160.00. Why didnt they tell me my sensor was bad when I signed the first and only page of my receipt.
The next day, 2 pages were added! I have the original receipt! I could have died without a brake system! I think your company is fraudulent!
I have told all of my friends to never go there again! The manager was extremely rude and condescending!! Another car technician told me that he hears this all the time from the Rochester belle tire store. Lots of customers complain about their incompetence!!
A bunch of CROOKS!
Shame on you! I expect better from this mulimillionaire company

I ordered 4 tires and setup an install appointment on your website, for Wednesday July 10, 2024. I received a voice mail from Matt on July 08 stating my tires had arrived at the Terr1e Haute, Indiana location.
The morning of July 10, I received a text from 812-420-****, stating, my tires are running Late and should arrive between 11:00/11:30. I called the store to confirm I should arrive around 11:00, the girl that answered the phone knew nothing about it, and asked someone else who stated they should be there by 2:00/2:30. I asked if they would call me when they arrived and would I still time to have them mounted and installed. The girl said yes.
Today is Thursday July 11, I still havent heard from the store about the tires I ordered and was told by Matt via a voice mail they had arrived. I took a day off work to have a full set of tires installed and no explain.
This the third time I have attempted to purchase tires from this location and has been an issue each time. The last two times they claimed my tires had not come in, but they had better tires they could sell me at a discount which ended up being .ore than another $100.00 .

The tire sensor in my 2016 Toyota Highlander turned on. I stopped in to have the air checked, and they told me I had a leak in my valve stem which they could fix at no charge.
Twenty minutes later, they determined that my sensor was faulty which turned out to be inexpensive, so I agreed to let them fix it. Two hours later, they couldn't get the new sensor to read and asked me to return the following day. Then they told me that I needed all new sensors. I made an appointment for the following week.
A different technician claimed they got them working at that appointment.
However, within an hour of driving away, the sensor light came back on. I returned to the shop, and they unreasonably blamed my vehicle for their inability to correctly calibrate the sensors.

Lack of service
Ive been here before and never had a problem but for some reason the manager wanted to give me a hard time today and said he couldnt install new rims on my car. Theyve done this same exact service before.
A service I know for a 100% fact I couldve did myself had I had the equipment. Very disappointed.
Thought they had good service and was even willing to tip them. Will definitely be my last time going there.
