Belle Tire

Took my GMC dually in for tires and was told they could handle the tire change. Five hours later the tires were installed.

They were unable to do an alignment because the tech on hand could not do large trucks. Inspected the job at home and all my rims were damaged took the truck back to them and was told that's the way truck was when it came in. Which is false my rims were not damaged.

Took the truck to another vendor for alignment which was completed.

Still had vibration on the steering wheel. Took the truck to a different Belle tire and both of the front tires had to be rebalanced because the first Belle did not balance them correctly.

On August 14, 2025 I took my car in to have a tire plugged. I was told that the hole was to big and I'd need a new tire.

The tire had to be ordered and I left my car at the shop. I'm thinking all was good and then fast forward to November 11, 2025. I had slow leak so I took my car to a different tire shop because it was closer to my house. Upon the inspection of my tire it was discovered that the tire that I thought was replaced (new) was actually plugged.

I was furious not only was I scammed out of 217.00, but my time was wasted. Luckily I took pictures in August and had proof that I was lied to. I returned to Belle Tire and of course they denied that they did anything wrong until I showed them my pictures. After a heated exchange, a refund was initiated and as of 12/8/2025.

I am still waiting.

Don't do business with Belle Tire located at 9704 N. Michigan Rd., Carmel, IN 46032.

I strongly suggest not going to this Belle Tire. I was there a little more than a month ago to get one tire.

It took four hours. When they were finally finished, they charged me for the tire and an oil change. I didn't even ask for an oil change! This weekend, that tire goes flat.

I brought it back today thinking they'd replace it since it was so new. Nope! They refused to do anything for me except sell me another $100.00 tire. He was not sympathetic or empathetic.

No apology. I took my keys and went down the street to Discount Tire and told them about my experience with Belle Tire. They scanned all of my tires and told me that they all needed to be replaced. I told him there was no way I could afford four new tires right now.

He told me that they want me to be safe on the upcoming winter roads. They are putting all new tires for the price of one tire at Belle. That is how a business should treat people.

Shame on you, E. Washington Street Belle Tire!

Website misleading or not clear about "free" alignment.

Took vehicle in for 2 new tires. Tire balancing, rotation and alignment thinking alignment was free.

Ended up paying a ridiculous $129.99 for alignment. Could get it done at my regular mechanic for $80.

My main complaint is replaced tires had lots of tread but had worn on inside. Told them I wanted to keep best for a spare.

Instead they threw them out. When I questioned this they kept babbled utter nonsense.

Claiming they can't "handle", tire under law.

They sure handled them removing from vehicle and from rim.

But can't throw them into back of my vehicle..

NEVER GO TO BELLE TIRE AGAIN...

I brought my subaru outback for evaluation at. BELLE Tire in Romeoville because they are conveniently close and they recently just open .My problem was that my tpms light in the dashboard is constantly on.I was told that it need to be replaced.Beside that I have to wait for 5 hours for them to replaced and work on it.The problem was not solve and adding insult to injury the irresponsible technician lost the most important piece of my wheel lock.This show how the technician in this location is inexperienced and irresponsible.I hope that there will be a resolution on my dillema.I saw all over the store" your satisfaction is guaranteed "but will see.

Hello. To be blunt, I'm not a whiner or anything like that, but I feel I got ripped off by your Findlay store.

I went in—made an appointment actually—to make certain what I thought were bad ball joints (they were) and I had a brake hanging up once in a while—I wanted them to check that out as well. They did. The ball joints were indeed bad, but I was more worried about the brakes, and they found the driver's front and passenger rear were hanging up. They tried to get me for almost $1,700 for all the rotors, calipers, lines, and pads.

I could not afford that in any way! They then said that they would fix just both calipers and lines. I said go ahead—maybe I heard the amount—I don't know—he was rattling off all these amounts to me. Long story short, they charged me $889.94, and all they did was change 2 calipers and 2 lines!

Order number 4634****. No rotors, pads, nothing else. That seems outrageous; I had no choice—they were locking up, but I will NEVER cross a Belle Tire threshold again. Did I mention that I sat there from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM to have that done?

6 hours to change what little they changed? And the brake pedal feels spongy—I am going to have to re-bleed the brakes, or new pads, or both.

I'm telling you all this to inform you that the price and the wait time were totally unacceptable. I thought Belle Tire was an honest establishment, but in my experience, they are not.
